Why Informant Observation is Essential
Evaluating a struggling brain purely through self-reporting is incomplete. Executive fatigue or high emotional alarm can skew internal perception. Comparing self-report data with an external observer (loved one, intimate, boss, AA sponsor, clinician) reveals critical clinical insights:
